JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 The petitioners are seeking direction for removal of encroachment from public land, description of which has been given as Plots No. 114 and 150, Khata No. 40, bearing Thana No. 669, situate in village Pipra in the district of West Champaran.
It has been stated that the petitioners have approached the Circle Officer, Narkatiyaganj, in this regard by making a
Patna High Court CWJC No.25320 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 representation on 31.08.2019.
This writ application is disposed of in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the nature of relief, which is being sought for, with an observation that the Circle Officer, if he has received any such complaint, shall examine whether any public land has been encroached or not and if he is satisfied that the said land is a public land, he shall proceed in accordance with law for removal of the encroachment.
This application stands disposed of with the above observation.
