2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506/34 of the IPC.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing fraud of Rs. 11,11,447/- in the name of providing job to informant and other persons in Malaysia.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case by the informant. From perusal of the FIR, it appears that no money has been credited in the petitioner's account and at the time of occurrence he was in Malaysia. Hence, no case is made out under Section 420 and 406 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88825 of 2025(2) dt.05-01-2026 2/2 IPC against the petitioner. As per para 3 of the bail application, petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.08 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
