Petitioner is accused in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 363 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act and 37(c) of the Bihar Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.09.2019.
