From perusal of record, it appears that the case was adjourned on several occasions at the instance of the petitioners. Despite taking time to deposit Rs. 8 lacs for the purpose of confirming provisional bail granted in favour of the petitioners, they also did not deposit the same. Thus, it transpires that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute this petition in future and they have also not honoured their undertaking given before this Court.
