2. This Application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58479 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 16.01.2026, he has already deposited Rs. 3,000/- in the account of Advocates' Association, Patna High Court, on 05.04.2026.

4. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the present Modification Application stands allowed.

5. Further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2342 of 2026(3) dt.06-02-2026 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 58479 of 2025 stands modified to the above extent.
