JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.Case No. 601 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 379, 427, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier application with regard to prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 18.06.2018, which reads as under: "After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission to withdraw the present application. Permission is accorded.

This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn." Now the second application, i.e., present one, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail after six months. In view of facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him rather he should surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt
