2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 401 of 2025 instituted under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 470. 083 Kg of ganja was recovered from the vehicle in question.

4. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the self inculpatory statement of the driver-cum-owner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89889 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2026 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
