Mr. Satyabir Bharti, learned counsel appearing for Civil Court, Patna submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that the record of Eviction Suit No. 96/2013 was missing and the petitioner was not getting certified copy but now the records have been traced out and the petitioner, perhaps, has got the certified copy of the required documents.

Mr. Harendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.5/tenant submits that the respondent has already vacated the tenanted suit premises and all the arrears of rent and current rent has been paid to the petitioner.
