2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cases of the petitioners are squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 02.01.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. 9232 of 2017.
3. If this be correct, then the petitioners will also be given the aforesaid liberty which has been given to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. 9232 of 2017.
4. Let the petitioners represent before the concerned respondent authorities to consider their claim afresh in the background of the policy decision which was taken on 20.05.2011 and dispose of their representation which they shall file within a period of three weeks from today, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
