The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 376, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of specific allegation against the petitioner that he has committed rape with the informant repeatedly, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.
