JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P. S. Case No. 430 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining the appointment on the basis of forged certificate. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has already been punished, as she has been removed from the service. Moreover, she is in custody for more than a month. Further submission is that she is ready to abide by any condition imposed on her.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84878 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P. S. Case No. 430 of 2018 subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate the authority in proceeding, if any, against her.
