2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 31.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 24663 of 2013 requiring disposal of the petitioner's representation by a speaking order for payment of his dues.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties invites reference to the order dated 13.09.2018 vide Annexure-A of the show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party No. 3, by which the petitioner's representation has been disposed of in compliance of

Patna High Court MJC No.4430 of 2018 dt.08-09-2021 2/2 the order of this Court. This fact has not been controverted by the petitioner.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Court stands complied with.
