Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 472 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature. Moreover, the present complaint case has been

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioners by playing fraud obtained signature of the opposite party no. 2 on blank papers.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.
