JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P. S. Case No.225 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 382/34 of the IPC. As per F.I.R. while the informant was going after withdrawing Rs.5 lakhs, some miscreants came and snatched away his bag containing the amount. It appears that F.I.R. is lodged against unknown. Later on, one co-accused Kundan Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in three other similar type of cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession. He has not been put on TIP, though he is in custody for more than four months.

No.84136 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P. S. Case No. 225 of 2018 subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that he has to appear before the local police station of his area for a period of six months, so that the police may watch his conduct.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P. Siwan, for needful.
