The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018/G.R. No. 1199 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the FIR. There is specific allegation on petitioner that on 07.08.2018 petitioner kidnapped two girls, namely, Pooja Kumari and Golu Kumari for illicit purpose and till date one of the girls namely Pooja kumari is not traced.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83933 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 well as nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
