JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the deceased committed suicide and it is alleged that there was love affair between the deceased and the petitioner and when the petitioner refused to marry, as such she committed suicide.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the deceased was a married lady and nothing available on record to shows the involvement of the petitioner. Further, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74530 of 2018(4) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-1, Munger, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S.
