The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding some unknown miscreants having committed theft in the house of the informant in the midnight of 31.05.2019. The name of the petitioner is stated to have transpired in the confessional statement made by the coaccused person, namely, Neeraj Yadav and Bhola Yadav. It is further submitted that the aforesaid co-accused persons, namely, Neeraj Yadav and Bhola Yadav have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 14.11.2019 and 20.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 62779 of 2019 and Criminal Misc. No. 61589 of 2019. Lastly, it is submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in one other case but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 19.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019.
