The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 307 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019.
