The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 872 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail. It is further
