The petitioner is accused in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.307 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act,2016.

The accusation is that recovery of 91 bottles each of 180 ml, 20 bottles each of 375 ml Indian made foreign liquor and 166 bottles each of 300 ml Nepali liquor from the room situated in the Varamdah of the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bottles of liquors were recovered from the joint house of the petitioner which is being used by several family members and petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83569 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J., IInd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.307 of 2019.
