JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the entire amount of outstanding retiral dues of the petitioner has already stood paid, however, the monetary benefits arising out of grant of A.C.P./M.A.C.P., though sanctioned, is yet to be paid.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the benefits of A.C.P./M.A.C.P. has also been paid.

This Court is of the view that in case the monetary benefits arising out of grant of A.C.P./M.A.C.P. to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23347 of 2018(4) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 petitioner has not been paid, the same is directed to the paid within a period of four weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
