In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 260 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that during the quarrel she has pressed the hydrocele of the victim, as a result of which, the victim died on the spot. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 11 months from today.
