2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201/34 IPC registered in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. The accusations are general and omnibus in nature and as a matter of fact, his wife committed suicide and her body was cremated with the consent of his in-laws. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. Chandran/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
