The petitioner is accused in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.226 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 22.05.2019 seven persons named in the FIR including the petitioner and two unknown with intention to kill the husband of the informant attacked upon him and caused head injury. Husband of informant Chinta Devi was rushed to Paroo PHC from where he was referred to medical college and from there he was admitted to RBM hospital.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that general allegation has been made against seven accused to cause

One is abrasion which is simple in nature and other is chest pain. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, IIIrd, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S.
