JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.4.2018, passed in CWJC No. 11667 of 2017, the petitioner has been granted the benefits of ACP, whereafter the service book of the petitioner was sent to the treasury and then to the office of the Principal Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna, for fixation of pay-scale and revision of pension, gratuity etc., whereupon, the office of the Principal Accountant General

Patna High Court MJC No.5180 of 2019(4) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 (A & E), Bihar, Patna, vide PPO/GPO dated 30.6.2020, has revised the pension and gratuity amount, hence, it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with, inasmuch as the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed. 2.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
