2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 805 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of the BNS, 2023.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2025.

4. The informant is the wife of the deceased and she had lodged the FIR against unknown criminals and subsequently during investigation, it has come that the informant had engaged the service of the petitioner and after hatching conspiracy had got killed her.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail tot he petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
