The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, the tractor of the informant was stolen and FIR registered against unknown. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was arrested in Bikram P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 and has been remanded in this case on the basis of confessional statement made before the police by the petitioner in the said Bikram P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019. It is further submitted that confessional statement of person made before the police has no value. No incriminating material has been

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts that no incriminating material has been recovered from his possession, his confessional statement has been made before the police, the petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2019 and charge-sheet has already been submitted, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Danapur in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019.
