JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sono P. S. Case No. 236 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 354B, 307, 376, 506, 509, 366, 313, 394, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. the petitioner have physical relationship with the complainant on the pretext of marriage continuously for six years and later on, he refused to marry her. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is delay in lodging the F.I.R. Petitioner is a B.S.F. personnel and there is no chance of absconding. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.83420 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the submission, made above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
