2. The petitioners seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 80(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the sister of the informant was married to one Sujit Ram on 03.03.2025 and after some days of marriage, there was demand of cash by the in-laws, and due to non-fulfillment of the demand, the sister of the informant was killed on 21.06.2025 by the in-laws. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88918 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2026 2/3 sister-in-law of the deceased has informed the informant that the deceased is ill, and when the informant arrived at the matrimonial house of the deceased, he found that the sister was lying dead.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 namely, Ajeet Ram is brother-inlaw of the deceased whereas petitioner no. 2 namely, Bhuvan Ram is father-in-law of the deceased. It has also been submitted that the husband is already in custody. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus and the main thrust of allegation is against the husband. He further submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
