The petitioners are in custody in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 390 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the allegation against the petitioners is that they are involved in committing theft of two motor-cycles. Petitioners are in custody since 18.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 18.08.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to them. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail
