The petitioner apprehends his arrest in C.R. Case No.1123 of 2019, corresponding to Trial No.3531 of 2019 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

By order dated 07.01.2020, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre with a direction to both the spouses to remain physically present on 25.01.2020. The report of the Mediator is on record. The Mediator reported that the matter has already been resolved through the process of Mediation on the terms and conditions stated therein.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84790 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 It appears that the petitioner and his wife have agreed to resolve their disputes and entered into an agreement and both the parties are living together on the basis of the terms and conditions.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with C.R. Case No.1123 of 2019, corresponding to Trial No.3531 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
