The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.196 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he inflicted an injury in abdomen of the informant by means of chhura and the medical report would suggest that it was grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant bail for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

In case the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of charge, petitioner would be at
