JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to the respondent authorities to pay the admitted dues to the tune of Rs. 17,57,858.94/- against the supply of C.M.R. (rice), totalling to 1465 bags of kharif for the period 2016-17 as also for quashing order dated 28.6.2019 whereby and whereunder the Director, Nalanda Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. has prohibited the PACS Adhyaksh from the election work of PACS.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1105 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the claim for demand of admitted outstanding dues, as aforesaid, is concerned, the petitioner would be approaching the Managing Director, Bihar State Food Corporation Ltd., Patna i.e. the Respondent No. 3, hence, the Respondent No. 3 be directed to dispose of the claim of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks regarding his claim for payment of the admitted outstanding dues, as aforesaid, whereupon the Respondent No. 3 shall adjudicate upon the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks therefrom.

It is needless to state that in case, any admitted dues are found payable, the same would be paid within a further period of six weeks of passing of such order by the Respondent No. 3.

The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
