2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 498A, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioners, who are in-laws members of daughter of informant, are alleged to have committed torture to her (daughter of informant) for dowry. The victim (daughter of informant) is still traceless.
