2. Petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case 91 of 2025 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.
3. As per FIR, 275 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the Toto Rickshaw.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery is shown to have been made from the Toto Rickshaw from where the seized articles is said to have been kept in a plastic bag beneath the seat, which was not in knowledge of this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a driver of the Toto Rickshaw and he has been in judicial custody since 17.11.2025. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the period of custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-2nd, Patna in connection with Pipra P.S.
