The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.462 of 2018 dated 21.20.2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, mobile and other articles of the informant were snatched by some miscreants. FIR was lodged against unknown and later on name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused and also it appears that there is self-confession of the petitioner also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confession there is absolutely nothing against him and no recovery and he has been arrested in one of the case and thereafter remanded in other cases . He is in custody for more than six months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.462 of 2018 and after release he has to appear before the Police Station of his local area for the period of six months so that the Police may watch conduct of the petitioner during that period. Let a copy of the order be sent to the S.P., Darbhanga for the needful..
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
