JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1788 of 2013 disclosing offences under Sections 323 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. As per complaint case, it is alleged that petitioner no.1 has sold a land of the share of the complainant to the petitioner no.2 and when he protested the same, he has assaulted. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the land is in the share of petitioner no.1 and as such, he has sold the same. Moreover, the dispute is in the nature of civil dispute.
