Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

110 Kgs of Mahua flower was recovered from the tempo of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that Mahua flower is used for feeding the cattle.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

No.84495 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No.483 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
