The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Brother of the deceased has raised suspicion against the petitioner to have committed the murder.

Submission is that petitioner Anita Devi is wife of the deceased and other petitioners are parents of Anita Devi. Just to pressurize false suspicion has been raised.

Considering the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83693 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.62 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
