This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Case No.175 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of stolen motorcycle. Apart from that he is accused in five other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion he has been apprehended in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 27.7.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85328 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge has been framed against the petitioner in this case, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
