Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. The contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is neither named nor his name surfaced even in the confessional statement of co-accused Munna Rai who is said to be involved in the incident. Two coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34324 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No.34858 of 2018 have granted bail to the coaccused who are similarly placed as the petitioner. Having perused the same and in view of the submissions raised, let the petitioner, above named, is directed
