JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Shastrinagar P. S. Case No. 691 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354, 379/34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner that he along with one person entered inside the house of the informant, tried to outrage the modesty of his wife and one person was arrested at the spot.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is neighbour he has falsely been implicated in this case, due to family dispute between the parties. No specific allegation has been attributed against him.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I
