JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 427, 353 and 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioners were found in drunken condition by the police and thereafter villagers attacked the police party and got the petitioner freed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated as they were not examined by breath analyzer.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84140 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
