2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38128 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that due to inadvertent typographical error in cause title of the bail petition "Dhanraj Sharma" has been typed as the petitioner's name instead of "Dharm Raj Sharma @ Dhanraj Sharma", resultantly the same was carried in the order dated 26.06.2019.

4. Let the reference to "Dhanraj Sharma" as appearing in the order dated 26.06.2019 in Cr.Misc. No. 38128 of 2019 be treated as corrected to read as "Dharm Raj Sharma @ Dhanraj Sharma".

5. The said order dated 26.06.2019 is modified to the above extent.

6. The time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38128 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
