2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No.107 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2) and 3(5) of BNS.

3. Considering the injuries to be grievous in nature, as well as, repeated assault on the body of the son of the informant and the bail application of co-accused Niraj Kumar, against whom also one criminal antecedent is pending, has been rejected, vide order dated 11.11.2025. I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.
