The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S.Case no.99 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506,498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The case is under Section 498A of the IPC and both the parties have appeared. This case had been sent to the Patna High Court Mediation Committee for mediation and the report has been received from the Mediation Committee which is kept at flag 'P' that shows that the settlement has been reached between the parties on mutual agreed condition. Heard learned APP.

In such view of the matter, this application is disposed

No.77650 of 2018(3) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 of with direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail in conneciotn with Kateya P.S.Case No.99 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the learned court below on condition that he will abide by the terms and conditions as advised by the Mediation Committee and further he will not leave country without permission of the court.
