Petitioner is accused in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is own brother of the husband of the deceased. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is living separately. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
