Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 694 of 2018 arising out of Ekangar Sarai P.S. Case No. 164 of 2017 for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the material available in the case diary, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to renew prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within nine months from today.
