The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 295/2018, instituted for offences under Sections 381 and 120(B) and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53051/2018.

Report from the court below regarding present stage of trial has been received wherein it is mentioned that charge has been framed in this case. Case is pending for evidence. Considering the serious nature of allegation and no any new material has been brought by the petitioner in the instant bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1349 of 2019(4) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. The trial court is however directed to fix the case for evidence by giving short adjournment and make all efforts to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
