====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he seeks permission to withdraw this application with respect to petitioner no.11.

In Such view of the matter, this application with respect to petitioner no.11 is dismissed as withdrawn This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1420 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and others causing injury to them.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners, rather the same is against other co-accused persons. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Begusarai, in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
